• To ensure your complete satisfaction, once your order has been arranged SOLO florist Will send a photo of your finished arrangement by WhatsApp or email for your approval, before delivery.
• All orders are delivered via SOLO Flowers temperature-controlled delivery vans.
• We deliver our Products only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not use any third party service to deliver our products.
• We advice customers to provide us the complete delivery address along with local contact details at the time of placing the order(s) to avoid any delays/incorrect deliveries.
• We are also available any time from 8:00Am – Midnight to help with any enquiries you may have on WhatsApp, Phone, or  Email

Yes, we offer same day delivery anywhere in UAE.

We offer 1 hour delivery to most Emirates including Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. Delivery to other Emirates will be done in 2-3 hours maximum.

Yes, we use only fresh flowers in all products. If you find a problem with a product, please report it to us and we will do our best to fix it.

We currently accept online payment from all major credit card companies, including American Express.
